Candelilla wax is a vegan wax local to the southern United States with a high melting point. This means it should be able to handle southern heat, and humidity, a bit better than other waxes. The wax will still melt in a hot car. It is rich in vitamin A and is a protective wax for your lips with a fast absorption rate. Candelilla wax is vegan as it comes from the Candelilla shrub.
